From the lounge, you can access the lower floor, where there is a spacious leisure area equipped with two living rooms, television, pool table and an additional bathroom with shower, making it the ideal space for entertainment and relaxation.

Outside, guests will be able to enjoy a magnificent private pool area, barbecue, spacious terraces and solarium, perfect for taking advantage of Lanzarote's excellent climate throughout the year.
